They do not check yearly policies on their clients to offer cost effective options . I have been…read morewith thems years and just recently complained of rising rates with Nationwide Insurance that they had me linked up with and if I hadn't threatened to jump ship I don't think they would have helped me as a customer. They didn't ever offer me lower rate with them untill I questioned why my rates were so high. They don't look out for their clients. you have to check in with them . I explained that I never received the copies of the documents I requested so I requested they send them with tracking. Kelly, from Jim's office, politely refused to provide any assistance beyond submitting the request again. If an agent cannot produce your actual policy, how exactly is that agent expected to compare coverages or policy details to ensure you are properly insured? I would strongly recommend finding any other agent.
