Scott's estimate was free and spot on with the final cost, which was well-under what we anticipated. He explained what needed to be done and why. We also appreciate that he did not leave a mess. After posting my review, Stone's insurance company immediately tripled their offer to settle in exchange for removing my negative review. I refused, because it still does not cover the cost of fixing the problems with Stone's plumbing installation. However, I wanted to share my experience so everyone knows they pay to have negative reviews removed. Take that into consideration when choosing a plumber. And if you decide to go with Stone and have problems, leaving a negative review may lead help. Unfortunately companies like Stone have figured out how to game the review system.
