They did offer a complimentary snake to get us by until a day that worked better for them and ourselves. During the snaking, Zach did pull back a bit root ball and discovered we did indeed have root invasion problems, which he offered replacing a section of the pipes as a solution. We were given ample time to mull over the info between hydrojetting or replacing. Since hydrojetting was a temporary fix, we opted for the pipe replacement, during which they would descale the existing pipes once given access during replacement. They also offered to add in an additional clean out location outside the home in case we have issues in the future. They showed up on the scheduled day ready to work. Despite a small hiccup which delayed them being able to start, once they did they worked through the day to finish the job. They communicated clearly as they started each step, making sure to show me how the descaling worked in a removed part of the pipe as well as where the roots were invading. They also put back the dirt and removed portion of sidewalk the best the ground would allow, also leaving some extra dirt so that it would settle more level as time passes. I am very pleased to have found Priority Plumbing for these services. It can be a real headache to deal with these issues, but they were easy to work with and very quick to respond to any of our communications. I will continue to contact them in the event we have other issues in the future!

When asked why they don't provide this, they say they are a service company and this allows them to avoid collecting sales tax. I don't know what that means. The quality of the work was very good and the person was very courteous. Based on the hours worked, I do feel like I was way overcharged and the lack of a detailed invoice may allow them to charge whatever they want at their discretion. My error was not scrutinizing from the beginning because I just wanted the work done. Lesson learned for me but proceed with caution.

The technician that came out (who I later found out was the owner) was very polite and explained that we needed a part that would arrive in a couple of days. A couple of days went by and I didn't hear anything so I reached out to the company. I spoke with the secretary who told me that the technician was not available, but she would have him to call back. Despite her promise of him calling back he never did and I proceeded to call back every day for two weeks without a response. At one point the secretary told me that the technician was in fact the owner and she had no clue why he wouldn't return my call. Normally I would have quickly called another company but I had to use this individual due to the water heater warranty company. After two weeks of calling without a response or the replacement part I ended up with a basement full of water caused by the leaking water heater that they were supposed to fix. I ended up calling another reputable plumbing company that was able to fix the issue the same day. I'm really unsure why the technician never called back, perhaps it was because he was being paid by the warranty company and felt that the job was too small. Either way I wouldn't recommend them due to the poor customer service.

They attempted to pull the well pump out, pulled the top off my well pipe, and condemned my well saying that the pump was stuck and I would have to drill a new well for $15-20k. I decided to call around for a second opinion and googled the top rated well repair companies in the area. After calling about 6 of them and describing the situation. 4 of them gave me suggestions for well diggers, and 2 told me to give Rogers & Sons a call as they have a track record of saving "unsavable" wells. Scott and his son Adrian came out the next day, and managed to extract the "stuck" pump from the well. They came back the next day with a blow out rig and blew the sediment and debris out from the bottom of the well, dropped in a new pump, and got my well back up and running. They saved me several thousand dollars! Scott is knowledgeable and professional and he get's the job done. I'll be calling them for all my well repair needs from now on. Thanks guys!

A simple estimate should not take over a week and the client should never be spoken to in this manner.
