When I needed to add my wedding bands to my policy, it wouldn't go through for months. I was only ever notified by mail of the problems and was never reached out to in an attempt to rectify the situation. Then, after we bought a home I tried to cancel my policy. It has taken me MONTHS to cancel a policy for an apartment that we haven't lived in for over a month and it is still not resolved. State Farm does not allow you to cancel the policy via their customer service line so I have been playing back and forth with the agent to try to get this resolved. In the two years I've worked here, I believe I've worked with over four people to help me (new people every few months) and I have only been in contact with Felix once. Please-- do not go here for your insurance needs!

When working through refinancing this year his office was called (because they were the old agent on the homeowners) and no answer however they returned an email saying "we don't insure this property or this person" I have been with State Farm for 25 years and continue to be insured however no longer through this agent. There is no reason that Felix and his associates couldn't have said yes he is insured through State Farm but I'm no longer his agent. Very very un professional. This guy gets a 1star review because I can't leave a no star review. It's based on professionalism, response time and the ability to get a hold of someone.

Even though I have had great reports on driving habits, I was told today by the receptionist that my rates went up because of my driving habits. When I told her my driving habits were excellent she could not give me a reason why my rates went up or how they came to the conclusion with my driving pattern . She could not state the total of my last premium notice correctly. Six months ago, my rates were raised again, and when I called,I was told it was a glitch in their system. There clearly is some shady things going on with this office. I can never get a clear answer on anything. I asked for Matt Gardner to give me a call and that I wanted to speak with him. The receptionist told me I would not be able to speak with him and he is not available and that someone else would be calling me again reiterated that I wanted Matt Gardner to give me a call and she again stated someone else would be calling. I never did get that phone call today. This office is not honest, lack organization, can never tell me the correct information on my policy and they refuse to allow communications with Matt Gardner.

I called Ryan Shewell of DII, and he was willing and able to help us out in an extreme pinch. In less than 24 hours, he was able to take all the information, work with the underwriter/carrier, and bind a policy, so that settlement could take place as scheduled (a minor miracle!). Because of his expertise with churches, he was able to turn around an enormous task in an amazing few hours. He worked late, went into the office early the next morning, and provided some of the best customer service I've seen all year. I can't say how impressed I am with his professional manner, diligence, and follow through. I highly recommend his services.
