I had a policy in MD for many years with them, and then recently moved to FL. They helped me transition my insurance policy to FL, but I had troubles with the MD MVA to transfer my license plate/title/registration. As a result, the MD MVA decided to fine me for an insurance violation for a lapse in MD insurance coverage. I immediately called, and Cyndi helped me get a policy backdated. However there was a gap in coverage for about 30 days. When I got to the MVA, they verified all the paperwork and even waived insurance violation fee. I swear they remember my name EVERY time I call them. Any time they can save me money they call me and show me a new plan for my home and autos. I've been in a few accidents,.not my fault..And you always deal with appraisers and the 'at fault' drivers insurance. Donadio always had my back. I had an incident of fraud where I was set up,. and never 'hit' anyone. There was not a bump or a scratch (watch out for the 2 party set up in parking lots) The driver and passenger claimed injury and wanted $20,000. Donadio supplied a hot-shot attorney and we went to court. THE JUDGE GAVE THEM NOTHING!! It was the most beautiful thing to witness. About 7 years ago we had a bad hurricane and our industrial butterfly umbrella was destroyed and a tree fell on our garage. An adjuster came out in 4 days and i received a check that covered twice the cost of the damage. Little did i know I would have to clean up my yard and down spouts and remove debris. The adjuster gave us ample money to fix everything and buy a brand new butterfly umbrella (which we close every time it rains). SO IF YOU WANT an insurance group that will work with you for a lifetime,. this is where you go.

I submitted all requested information for agent to generate a quote, and I never received the quote. I attempted to follow up with Dan several times via phone and email and he has not responded. Communication is very important when doing business. If the agent was not able to find coverage for the property, the professional thing to do is to communicate that to the customer. Customer service and follow-up is not good which is why I do not recommend this company.
