Mary the lady that dealt with our sale was incredible, over about a week she worked on finding and sourcing panels that both my partner and I agreed on (which is tough belive me!) On top of that she sorted us next day delivery and the delivery guy helped me bring them in the house as my partner is 8 months pregnant, honestly couldn't have asked for better service and Mary is an absoloute credit to your company! The food at the café is very tasty - home made cakes, sandwiches, soup and small bites. It is delicate but hearty and they make a damn fine chocolate and guinness cake. After grabbing a bite to eat, wander through the shop and just try not to buy anything. So many beautiful homewares and kitchen items. So lovely. So tempting. So expensive.

Purchased some lightbulbs from a promotion bin in the Sheffield IKEA clearly priced at £0:10 each…read more checking my recipe at home later noticed they had changed me £1:50 each. I bought 10 so was overcharged £14:00. I contacted IKEA customer service department who were not bothered and even asked if I had taken a photo of the price on the light bulbs (who would) IKEA customer service said there is nothing they can do and said go to the Sheffield store customer service desk and see if they could help, what is the point of having a customer service department if they will not help, it would cost £10 in petrol to go to Sheffield for an argument with there customer services, and not prepared to lose any more money, this is a case for trading standards and will be looking at getting them involved
