We talked about encapsulation of the crawl space and installing a sump pump etc in case water did enter the area. One thing that was greatly appreciated is that, unlike other companies that I will not name, he said he would not recommend encapsulating the space until AFTER the standing water issue was taken care of. To put it bluntly, he wouldn't sell me something that he knew wasnt going to fix my problem. He even grabbed a shovel and helped me identify a problem that was probably one of the root causes of our issue. Kudos Jeremy! I would highly recommend this company!
