Crawl space was extremely flooded, called Webb & Sons, who gave instructions, recommended Paul Pauley, who came by gave estimate, cleaned it out in short order, Afterwards Bo, called from Webb, said they'd be by this evening to check pump, were here shortly after, checked it over, did some maintenance to it, got it running, helped with getting water turned back on. I called Webb because I had low water pressure in my home. I needed a new well pump which they installed. Also, my pressure gauge didn't work and had a lot of rust on the pressure tank and outlet pipes. So they replaced the tank and installed a pressure T with the gauge and switch and pipes. Then they cleaned all my bathroom faucet screens (31/2 baths) and kitchen. They even did the washing machine which was totally clogged. They changed the whole house filter. f Webb went above and beyond to get my water system working again. I definitely would recommend them Bo and Eddie. read more

Repaired a brand new well pump that another company installed incorrectly and came back out and told me I needed a new well and the pump was fine. It had burnt up because of air leaks. Webb came out and repaired it for a fair price ( I was not there, so they could have overcharged and did not) they did it quickly (within a day) and saved me from buying a whole new well. It is very hard to find an honest well repair person in this area. Either they say it's too far, or just don't call you back, or, in my case, they show up and charge you and don't do the job right. Poor business practice. Office filters calls so no communication with guys doing work. Talked to one person said they don't go to Lewiston much But would get out there and take care of my well problem. I Called 1 week later had return call by different person who tells me they've been Lewiston 2 x this week, but couldn't make it And no plans to come fix my well. Worst case of all they took a charge number before they would come out but left me hanging with no help. . Very risky. read more

Professional company that always answers the phone and does things by the book. After trying several well drillers in the area and having poor response rates I was happy to a written estimate and contract. I will say it was hard to pin them down and get everything scheduled. The drilling crew helped us out immensely by rigging up a temporary system to plumb us in until the full hook up crew could get there. read more

If you have an issue, this company will take care of it. I was referred to them by Green and Sons in Comins, MI who I believe is semi-retired. Webb's are competitive and one of the best in the N.E. Michigan area. I am sure there are others, but I am pleased with Webb's promptness and overall service. On a Saturday, I left a message with Ginger and then wrote a quick email with details to Robert R. Webb 11, VP. I actually responded to an old quote, from 5 years ago. You see, they had put in a new well for me (no problems there) and would maybe be able to better repair the current problem with less discovery effort. They never called back . . . well people get busy - I thought. So another call and message to Ginger a few days later. No call back. And again. And so on. Two days ago I called a different company. We bought our house 1 year ago. The inspector said our well was fine for about 5 or so years. Nope it wasn't. The person we bought the house from left paperwork stating that Webb Well Drilling did the well, So being "Old School" we called them. They came out and told us what they thought it was gave us an estimate and they were right on the nose. They are very professional and explained everything. I will not be calling anyone else for well issues. I have already told people around me about them. I hope if they have issues they will call them first. They are very reasonable. Webb's is the only place I'll call when needing well work done. Called them when our pump quit working and they had us back in water in no time. We also purchased a new home and had them drill a new well and install a water softener. The process was very easy, I can tell they have been in business a long time, very knowledgeable. No stars. Bad attitude/rude/unprofessional service from the person answering phone/customer service. Dropped a busted water pump off for repair to Webb's months ago for my cabin. No proactive return phone call from Webb's to this day about repair or repair cost. I called twice starting a month later after pump drop off to inquire about the pump repair and repair cost. Person answering phone did not have an answer for me first call I made. Told she will call me back. No call back. Second call to Webb's about a week later, was told with bad attitude she didn't have time to take care of me as I was not a priority and she was the only one there. She will call me back. Like I stated earlier and still as of today, over 4 months later, no return call by Webb's. I will never, ever do business with Webb's again. Webb's can take my pump and business and "place" it where their priorities lie. I have since resolved my water pump issue with Dave's Well Drilling, Rose City and experienced great, professional, quality service..... read more
