It is a motiviating & challenging workout regardless of your fitness level. The coaches do an awesome job of teaching challenging templates with tons of variations and modifications while still keeping it squarely high intensity interval training. Every workout is different and the coaches encourage you to push yourself. I will say we all have our favorite coaches. I find Michelle Skog to be incredibly inspirational and I often think to myself of her sayings when I find a challenge outside of the studio. Stacey is encouraging and always lets you know that she's seen that amazing personal best you've just acheived. Callie makes you think you can do it and finish regardless of where you start. Renee is always there on the weight floor and tweaking your form to get you the best results. I can honestly say I've never had a bad coach or a negative interaction here. I am so happy to be an OTFer!

Well, since discovering FIT Yoga's heated vinyasa class with Trey, I have found a new studio that I love on the NW side of town! Trey's class includes a flow that is never the same as the previous week. He sets the class up based off of everyone's skill set. If I feel inclined to add more of a challenge, then I'll make the adjustment. But most of the time, Trey's class is exactly what I'm looking for in my practice. Keep in mind this isn't a bikram class, but exactly as stated: heated. If you're looking for a sweaty class, you won't quite get that. But, you will get an incredible flow and workout in. The class sizes range from 5-8 people which creates more of an intimate setting. Either way, I'm incredibly grateful for the studio and love how it's part of my weekly practice!

When I signed up, I was told there was one closer to where I lived and that delighted me. I got the app. Went home. Because I signed up at the further away studio, I was unable to make appointments on the app for the studio closer. Every time I wanted to make an appointment I had to call. Well, I don't always have the ability to know that far in advance if I'm available. And the app allows me the freedom to do what I need, within the perimeters of their schedule. This was terribly inconvenient and I was told it could not be changed. I ended up only going twice, in three months. I went to cancel my account and turns out you have to give 30 days notice. So I will have to pay for another month that I won't be able to use either. And finally, let's be honest. The tech's were wonderful. Very knowledgeable. But 20 minutes is just not enough time. I know it isn't a massage, but I felt like we were racing through to get results. Stretching takes longer. The studio was clean. Everyone was very nice. I just think the company has some work to do.
