I go to this store for all of my tobacco needs, friendly staff and great products! It should be known, however, that this is a HEAD SHOP so they are very strict about the way people talk, and they have to be. For instance, if you are there to purchase a detox, you should probably not say the word "test" because it absolutely is a felony to use a detox to defraud a drug test. You and the person behind the counter could get in some trouble. As for the description of the products, there are some things that they are not supposed to discuss with customers. It's asking a lot to say a sales associate at a head shop should know everything about detox supplements, they know what customers tell them. "This one works", "this one doesn't" is pretty much all the feedback they get. Just remember next time you're in a Ra Shop, they have a customer policy sheet that is like a set of rules for what to say and what not to say, all you need to do is ask for it.
