I was so disappointed in the flowers I ordered for a funeral. I ordered an arrangement for the urn. I mentioned that I did not want the arrangement to look like funeral flowers. For some inexplicable reason, they made an arrangement that looked exactly like a funeral spray right next to the urn. I requested a unique arrangement that was not to look like funeral flowers, but they managed to do something exactly opposite. To add insult to injury, the arrangement (very small and not full) was very much overpriced. Im so very disappointed. It was an important order and they completely failed. read more

I wish I could give it zero. This business has the rudest employees. My husband went in for a gift for me. He knows nothing about plants, flowers etc. He was waiting for a response from my mom about what type of plant would be best for me. An employee approached him and told him that if he wasn't going to buy anything to stop taking up space (it's tiny in the building). No seriously those were their exact words. Petals and Stems was the florist for our wedding (came highly recommended by our venue, Vintage Court) and they did an amazing job! They were very affordable, the quote they gave me came in much less than other florists in the area. They delivered our flowers to Covington for $25, which really helped me. I am excited to pick up the arrangement tomorrow. I hands down walked in and out in less then 15 minutes. They had a variety of flowers. They were pretty stocked up! Oh my goodness...I'm still speechless! I sent an email with a picture of the arrangement I was looking for as a big Thank You to my MIL, and when I arrived 2 HOURS LATER, the most beautiful "garden picked" style arrangement was waiting for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes (dragging my jaw on the floor!) There was a party later the same evening and the flowers received SO MANY compliments. They were gorgeous, very close to the inspiration picture, and ready in a few hours. The designer even loaded them gently into my car for me...EXCELLENT SERVICE! I would like to say we were treated so kindly and compassionately at this florist when visiting to choose flowers for our loved ones funeral. We were taken to a private area, seated, and allowed to look through some books they had. The young lady who sat with us was so kind and patient never rushing us or pressuring us in anyway. I thought it was very sensitive to take us to a more private area since we were obviously Grieving. The flowers they delivered for us were absolutely superbly done. The sprays, heart, and cross had just an abundance of flowers full and colorful. They were exactly as we discussed but much prettier than we imagined. There was no skimping or fillers with greenery. They were absolutely gorgeous with an abundance of fresh beautiful flowers. Excellent quality , professional, and in this case compassionate service. read more

We needed a simple flower bouquet for around $15. The florist was super speedy and the flowers were lovely. About two hours later we had to buy another bouquet so we drove back and bought another bouquet. Again, she was efficient and talented. There are tons of gifts including home decor items and even baby gifts. It was a charming store and a pleasant experience. If we were local, I'd go back in a heartbeat. read more

Exceptional service friendly smiling staff who never rush you. The flowers we ordered were better than we could have imagined. You might ask how that could be but the arrangement had so many flowers with an array of coordinating colors. They were done so perfectly with attention to every detail. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. The prices for flowers I found less then other florists in the area at the very least it was competitive with other community florists. What makes them superior in my opinion is their customer service, respect, and professionalism that makes them different. What you order is what you get, and what you pay for. In our case it was so much prettier than we could have imagined. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous just phenomenal. On a side note they 100% stand beside their product, we had no issue or problem but if you do they correct it right away. They run an honest, customer service oriented business.
