I am so excited and honored to yelp about it since my experience was SUPERB! Room: We stayed in the front room which was spacious and clean. The entire house was spotless and had high quality towels and sheets. The towels felt brand new and the sheets smelled fresh out of the dryer. Marlene and Ron even included a new toothbrush, toothpaste, showercap, and make up wipes. Food: This was the best part! Marlene's cooking is wonderful! She made us a quiche and fresh fruit with granola in the morning. She and Ron were so professional and don't over chat unless you ask questions and invite them to sit with you. They were lovely to spend time with. Good parking. Good temperature in the house. Snacks and coffee available at all times. Wonderful use of local products! I hope to visit again! We entered by the Speakeasy parking side and had no problem finding parking for our event. From the moment you walk in this place has so much charm and potential for whatever event is being held there! The bar display was beautiful ! A real class piece. We took some pictures as we entered the speakeasy entryway with nice lighting. The main room was so spacious and wide. We had room for a stage/band and about 45 tables of various sizes for seating, trees, wreathes, silent auction items and more! There was veggie and cracker tray out for a snack before the buffet opened. The restrooms were absolutely beautiful as well, clean and stocked through the event. We arrived at 7:07 and the house was locked up and empty. We sent her an email to let her know that we had arrived since that was our only method of contact that she had provided. We walked around the grounds looking to see if we could find someone outside working to no avail. Lots of boxes and other odds and ends from the wedding several days before were still strewn about. Finally called the number listed in the front window and she answered with "Hello, who is this??". I asked her about the showing and she told me "It's 7:30, you said you would be there by 6:45 and you didn't show up, so we left. You want me to send someone back out there?" I told her no, thank you and we left. If you are searching for a wedding venue, I would advise you against dealing with this place.

This B&B has 4 rooms, all of which are decorated beautifully. This is also the only human/horse B&B in Kentucky if you need to travel with your horse! The customer service is impeccable as well. I contacted this B&B the Tuesday before my wedding, as the place my bridal party and I was getting ready at fell through due to illness. Jeanette (the owner) was so quick to come up with a solution that would work for my needs. She also let me come by that same day after my shift to view the areas. I loved it so much, I said "yes" on the slot for day of usage of the space AND booked the Reina deal Sol room. This place is dreamy and magical yall. Everywhere you look is a picture perfect view of what Kentucky dreams are made of. The breakfast is delicious, and I love that the folks here are knowledgeable of different diets and restrictions. 12/10 recommend!!
