She told me what was available, took my reservation and my payment, and sent me instructions on how to access my unit. Prior to this experience I could only find available units that did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. One was in an area with no lights or cameras and seemed run down. The other seems fine until it rained and I checked the unit the day after. It was soaked. Maggie Valley Storage Solutions is fenced in and has cameras. Never had an issue.
