One of THE WORST Experiences. I won't rate this business on their storage units but I will rate…read morethem on their services related to U-haul. I have used them a few times and this last time is it. No accountability, no communication. When you make a reservation and equipment is supposed to be there. Only when you show up, no equipment in sight. Speak to one of the desk clerks and they simply shove a 1-800 number in your face and shrug. Had someone simply notified me via phone or email (as they are required to by U-Haul), I could have made other arrangements in both cases. What a TERRIBLE way to run a business! AVOID this place if you have to use U-Haul.

I would give zero stars if possible. I started out by renting this unit in May. I called to confirm…read morethat I would absolutely be able to receive my gate code for 24 hour access. Despite doing this I was unable to get in with the code following the instructions that were provided to me. I tried both the original code and the number I changed it to. This resulted in me having to stand at the gate waiting for a callback that never came from this supposed wonderful manager while the sun was setting. I had to move all my items to my unit through a gap in the gate because I had no other choice. When I came to clear it out I was able to get in finally. I called to cancel and was informed of the 30 day notice. I gave my 30 day notice even though I wanted it to be completely canceled by the time the end of the month came so I would not be charged for an empty unit at September. I was not informed of the 30 day notice by anyone but I may not have read the fine print. Now it comes October and despite asking for them to cancel my account they're trying to charge me again. I keep getting an answering service that says they will have them call me back but no one ever calls me back. I do not live locally any longer and therefore I don't have the time to just drive by and receive this AMAZING customer service other people are getting. Now I'm just waiting for some reply from the elusive Alex who is soooo wonderful. This has been A TERRIBLE and overpriced experience.

DO NOT use this company. Not only did they break several items, they "lost" an item for 6 months…read moreand accused me of lying about having it. Had to pick it up myself when they finally "found" it because they ignored all emails and calls. Extremely unprofessional and very expensive for poor service. I would give them zero stars if I could.
