He recommended that I go immediately, like today and purchase another refrigerator as this one (only five years old) was not going to last much longer. He created a great sense of urgency for only being in our home for 15 min. After encouraging me THREE times to be sure that company who delivered new refrigerator hauled the other one off, I decided to keep it and have it checked again by another service. Come to find out, it only needed a fan @ $230. It seems all Mr. Peavy was interested in was the $235 he charged for being here 15 min.
