This year I asked if that option would be available again and received an email stating it would be. As I never received an invoice for the prepay, I emailed the beginning of March requesting it, no response. I called today and was told there was not a prepay option and I could not now prepay because the discounts had expired. I will no longer use them and am so disappointed by their service to this long time customer.

He never called and never showed up so I called again 2 days later and no answer so I left a voicemail. That was last week and still no one has called me. Extremely unprofessional. I was fooled by their letter thinking they were a professional company but not showing up for appointments and not calling customers back, clearly they don't care about their business.
