He told me that he was actually filing a lawsuit against that other tree company for unfair trade practices. I decided not to use Arbortech because they were pushy and trying to convince me to sign a contract with them ASAP. I found a company that was not as pushy, had better reviews, and did quality work instead. Almost a year later, Justin asked me to testify in court on HIS behalf, against that other tree company. I said no; I don't want to be involved in a court case. And he said he will subpoena me. He did in fact subpoena me to appear in court on HIS behalf against a tree company competitor. God forbid a client wants to obtain a quote from someone for honest work without having to go to court with the company that quoted them MONTHS ago. This is honestly NUTS. I can't believe Justin would do this in retaliation for me rejecting his services and going with a competitor of his.

I really needed an irrigation specialist to teach me how to use the system and, most importantly, to Winterize the system when the time comes.
