We bought a machine, hauled it all the way to Hayward and it didn't even make it 20 miles and the engine blew up. Called them up and they said bring it back and we'll rebuild the motor. Thought this is great-someone actually standing behind what they sell. They "rebuilt " the engine asking us to pay for the other piston so we would have a whole new motor so we agreed. Haul the sled back up North made it about 200 miles and the engine locked up again. Brought it back to Ken's and they said yep the crank we put in it was junk and now it wrecked the case and everything is worse than before. This time though they said too bad we're not fixing it we'll give you $1000.00 for it for salvage. Long story short bought a snowmobile for 5400.00 got about 220 miles out of it and was offered $1000.00 for it because they put junk parts in it trying to patch it up and it bit them in the ass. Now we're paying for it. The answer we got from Chris the owner was yeah it sucks guess you should have bought a new one. Think twice before buying from them. I sure wish I would've read the Yelp reviews before buying from them.

As a longtime rider and local customer, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business…read morewith this dealership or the ownership group behind it. My experience left me feeling that the pricing was not transparent, and the final numbers included added warranties, extra products, and fees that were not clearly explained upfront. Buying Powersports should be exciting and straightforward, not a situation where you feel like you have to inspect every line of the paperwork just to understand what you are actually paying for. In my opinion, the sales process lacked the honesty and transparency that customers deserve. This company owns multiple dealerships, so I would encourage buyers to be careful and not assume the issue is limited to one location. Read every document, question every fee, and do not agree to any warranty or add-on unless you fully understand it and actually want it. As a local and a longtime member of the riding community, I cannot recommend this dealership. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere and supporting dealers that are upfront with pricing, clear about fees, and willing to earn your trust.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. Bought a side by side 12 months ago been in shop…read moreup to 5 months on and off. Worked on it 6 different times still not fixed. They can't fix it. The fa tory is just as bad. I get different answers from all of them. Owner shows no interest. It's a lemon over and over. Manager not much help. I have herd other people saying how bad they are. Why sell a products you don't carry parts for. Or no how to repair them. Hade no problem taking my money. Now to bad for me. Warranty is up now what. Check them out before you buy you might end up like me. They are all about taking your money.
