I'm very sad to have to change my review from 5 to 1 stars. I've been coming for years, and have…read moreappreciated working with the older gentleman and supporting a local business. I have kids and a dog, and my car is always in a condition that is really ready for a good clean. I'm talking some dirt build up and sand etc- no spills or anything major. The max I have paid is under $100 (plus a generous tip). Today I showed up with my car in its usual condition, and waited 10 minutes outside a half opened door with the "open" sign on. I had to call for a couple minutes before someone came and opened the doors. There is a younger man who came in hotheaded- he started rudely saying "oh wow" about the condition of my car. He then said it'll be a minimum $130.00 - which is well above what I paid before. I'm happy to accept up-charges, and pay fairly.. but it was his disrespectful manner that threw me off. He came off as a used car sales person. Trying to upsell. They also only had one car in the shop, and quoted me a long time. He said that "moms with kids" should pay more, and spoke in a mansplanning manner throughout our conversation. He also began shouting at me before I had to politely close my window and wish him a good day. We have three cars that we have been brining to this place for years. They have lost our business over the outrageous upselling, but more so, the hot-headed misogynist that seems to be (trying) to run the show. I'll be gladly paying the same or more elsewhere where they are respectful. "Moms with kids"-- watch out and be prepared for an upsell!

They were clear and kind, set expectations on what their services would be, shared the estimated costs in advance, and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. They cleaned all 3 of our rescued food trucks inside and out, they even detailed the boxes and we are so proud of the work they did! Our drivers are so happy with how clean the trucks are!!! We will be back! Thanks again team! :)

I came here for the comprehensive car wash. Exterior wash and interior clean, $50+tax…read more The wash is good. Hard to complain about the end result. Didnt find any damage to my car either. The interior clean was also good. They basically wiped down all the surfaces, and vacuumed with a shop vac (i saw them do it). Its not a detailing job, so dont expect a showroom type clean. Its more like a good car wash and interior vacuum at home. For the price, its fine. Better than a drive through wash and self-vacuum for sure, and not a lot more cost. Takes about half hour. The guy I dealt with was friendly and got the job done. If I had to criticize something, its the actual facility and Im taking a star off for that. The car wash lane/tunnel is basically a covered driveway. They wash your car there, then drag a shop vac around to vacuum it. It doesnt have the modern professional car wash appearance with built-in vacuums, neon lights and nice decor. Their waiting room/front office is like a run-down trailer park home of a hoarder. Lots of clutter, messy, dilapidated. They also sell used cars from that office, so there were used car customers there too. Its a really weird juxtaposition with luxury vehicles (for sale) parked in front of this run down building situated in a lot that reminds you of a scrap yard.

I care about my car, but I live in a condo and have no place to wash it. Go Wash is relatively affordable (less than $10 to wash my SUV, and I really take my time), and the facilities are well maintained and seem relatively new. Machines work by credit card or coins (loonies and toonies, not stupid proprietary tokens like other carwashes). It's also open 24 hours. There are vacuums and vending machines on the property too. Most importantly, I'm always able to get my car consistently clean. The wash brushes do a very good job of cleaning the paint without scratching it, and they soak in metal bins while not in use; I'm guessing this is to to try and remove as many contaminants as possible, and if so, it works. If you use the basic settings (just soap and rinse), it won't leave any kind of film on your windshield. I'm not sure about the other settings, as I've not tried them. Self Serve carwashes are by far my preference - I can't stand automatic carwashes. They ruin your paint, leave a waxy film on the windshield, and never get your car 100% clean. Self Serve is the way to go. I only wish there was a Go Wash location closer to Vancouver!

I tried to contact someone on site but it seems that there is no on site represntation. I tried to call the company and the ansering machine said it could be two weeks before someone would return my call. I would highly recommend that you do not use this car wash facility as there is no recourse for the poor service. I have used other car washes and if the wash was not statifatory, they would rewash the vehicle.

There is a promo now to beat inflation. $6.99 for the basic car wash…read more We were lured by the $7 car wash price tag and for that price, it was definitely a good value. There were 3-4 lanes open and we found out the first 3 lanes (from left to right) filtered into the same car wash lane. The outermost right lane went directly to the other car wash lane. Something to note when faced with long lines. In any case, the wait went by quickly. Select the type of car wash you want though right now it was set at $6.99 with options to add other premium services from $2 onwards. Once payment was made, you joined the other cars waiting to enter the car wash area. There were attendants guiding you - set car in neutral, turn off wipers etc. There were wheels or something like a conveyor belt thing to move your car through the car wash. This was not touchless as the brushes and wipers would touch the car. It was a quick process lasting about 2 mins for each car. As many cars fed into one lane, I wondered how the attendant would know if any car had selected any premium add on since no receipt was shown or car license plate keyed in. My partner was impressed with the results, especially for the promo price. His car was clean with no sticky residue or streaks. The car ahead of us was super dusty and it went out spotless too. I had put my car into a touchless car wash before and found that the back part was not cleaned properly. Over here, the back was clean. However I noticed faint scratches on my partner's car. He said they were already there and needed buffing to remove them. So do it at your own comfort level.
