The cashier was very rude, after asking if she could charge a certain amount of money in 1 card and…read morethe rest in another, she became visibly annoyed and she looked like she was struggling to make the transactions, to make it easier for her, I asked her to js charge it 1 card, and told me it wouldn't make sense to charge because it would be more taxes, I told her i didn't need an explanation, she asked me what I said, I repeated that I didn't need an explanation, and she got offended, continued to raise her voice and lashed out on me because I was being "rude" to her, I didn't respond to her nor did I raise my voice, and asked if I could pay, usually when we would go she always has some kind of attitude with us (it felt racially motivated ) , but I never had a problem with her going this far, very bad service. This gas station needs to control their employees and their emotions.

They have fresh fried chicken (don't let the fact that its cooked in a gas station fool you) that is actually not bad. This is my go to place in Bessemer for gas and snacks. I pass up a couple of other stations along the way to go here.

I have used Scott for many years. I know they are always busy. That is why I call Scott and see…read morewhat morning I can bring my car in at 8:00 to have the oil changed. He tells me a day and I am there and I wait on it. It never takes long. Scott is the most honest person you could ever find. He knows his business and so do his mechanics. I am afraid one day when I call they are going to tell me Scott has retired. He could be retired but he loves his work and when you love what you do for a living you always do a good job. I will still use Pleasant Grove Auto Services because Scott will fill the position with someone who is both honest and knowledgeable. Another thing that has impressed me is as long as I have been going there I have never heard a slang remark, a curse word or anyone taking the Lord's name in vain. That really goes a long way in my book. I loved the other reviews and agree wholeheartedly with them.

There were able to find the problem and fix it in less than 15 minutes with a part they just hand laying around the tool box. Best $75 I've spend on car repair ever. This is a real repair shop, and they are busy. In retrospect, I should have had all my car repair done here.
