The process is as simple as 1, 2, and 3. In addition, I have never had an issue with their air compressor for my tires. The business is well run with Jeff at the helm as manager. My friend, Leo, has also been working here for many years. I can always count on a friendly face as I patronize this wonderful business. It has that family feel to it. Lines are long but, they move quickly. The employees multitask. As soon as they check out one person they use another register to check out the next person to keep the line moving. Not sure if they filmed them all in the same place, maybe they did. But that has nothing to do with this gas. Barbi was given a Chevron card (this is becoming a common theme for us) by her relatives, and we were over here just outside Fort Worth and we tried to use it to get gas to get back to Houston, and it wasn't working anywhere. Turns out they had a glitch for the activation which we figured out later - a few days after on the phone - and also it was expired, but we ended up using it anyway. The point is, glad we sorted it, but it wasn't worth it for the $20 that we were given, and this second station was not nearly as friendly as the first one that couldn't help us use it.

We stopped at this gas station yesterday, 9/1, and unfortunately had a frustrating experience with…read morethe new staff. When we first came in, the line was fairly long, which normally isn't a big deal. However, the employee working the register appeared to be having difficulty handling a customer's gas transaction. The customer had paid for a certain amount of gas but apparently did not use all of it, and the employee seemed unsure how to refund the unused amount. A young woman working in the kitchen tried to assist her, but she also did not seem to know how to resolve the issue. After about 10 minutes, the line had grown considerably and customers were becoming frustrated. At that point, it would have been helpful for the employees to call someone for backup who was more experienced with the register and could assist with the transaction. Later that same evening, I returned to get a drink and some gas and unfortunately experienced another issue involving the same employee. A customer handed her a $20 bill, then explained that she actually had the exact change and simply needed the appropriate amount of her $20 bill returned. The employee became confused about the transaction and initially handed the change back instead. The customer explained again what she needed, but the employee still seemed unable to complete the transaction correctly, which understandably caused the customer to become frustrated. This is not the first time we have encountered issues with the new staff recently. We understand that everyone has to learn, and we certainly don't expect new employees to know everything immediately. However, when employees are unsure how to handle a transaction, there should be someone available whos experienced to step in and help rather than leaving customers waiting for extended periods of time. Please consider providing additional hands on register training and making sure new employees know who to call for assistance when they get stuck if they even have someone to call. We want to support new staff as they learn, but long wait times and unresolved transactions can be very frustrating for us customers.
