You're able to get in through the front, or back doors. Parking can be difficult, to the back making it hard to enjoy the space, however not to the fault of the shop themselves since it is in the city. Now, onto the coffee I was able to get the seasonal blueberry crisp latte with their sweetened signature , moon milk. This had a strong blueberry flavor, but not artificial it was nice and natural, and it was perfectly sweet for me. I also want to note one thing I really enjoyed about this syrup, or the flavoring was that it was sieved or concentrated, sometimes when you're making a syrup at home, you get bits of blueberry throughout it and while I don't mind those this made for a nice smooth, drink with no chunks coming up in my straw. The nice thing about the moon milk is you can get it in levels for instance 'half moon' which would be about 50% sweet. The staff was attentive, and got my order out quickly. I was there less than 10 minutes from start to finish.

We had the chorizo burritos with their spicy red sauce, which are definitely a kids' favorite, and the eggs and potatoes with their green sauce, which are my husband's favorite, and ofcourse, their famous pink tacos The new location is beautiful and decorated so nicely with their signature pink theme. Everything feels welcoming and clean, and the restroom is always spotless. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Definitely a place we enjoy coming back to for a delicious breakfast!

¡Qué rico! (So good!)…read more We discovered Cafecito on a casual drive through the Southside recently. My wife commented that the place looked "cute," while I immediately pulled up the menu. We're big fans of Mexican food, and what we saw looked promising. We were not disappointed. My wife ordered the soft pink tacos, naturally colored with beet juice, while I went with a big brisket burrito. The meat was seasoned perfectly, and the meal came with rice and two homemade salsas that started a little party in our mouths. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and she told us that if we come back for breakfast, we should definitely try the chilaquiles. They also serve authentic Mexican dishes such as nopales, tortas, and menudo, all made by a mother-and-daughter team. And you have options for your beverages, too. They serve agua frescas and specialty coffees, along with margaritas, spritzes, and Mexican beer for those who prefer their refreshment with a little adult supervision. And for the manly men out there, don't let the rosy walls and flower decorations scare you away. Real men eat pink tacos. Besides, once that brisket burrito hits the table, you'll be too busy noshing to care what color the walls are. We'll definitely be back, especially for those chilaquiles. ¡Qué rico, indeed!

I enjoyed the hot chicken cornbread waffle. It had just the right amount of jalepeno in it and the wild berry syrup complimented it well. I asked for my hot honey sauce on the side and it turned out to be good as well. It was a well balanced sauce that complimented my real chicken strips and the waffle. The hubbs ate his chicken fried steak with eggs and smoked mac and cheese so fast that I didn't have time to take a picture. He also enjoyed his double espresso. The star was definelty my "limited time" iced blueberry cobbler latte" which was expertly balanced - not too sweet and just the proper hint of blueberries with strong espresso. The coldfoam and shortbread crumbles on top were the "icing on the cake." There is an open space, "mom & pop" diner vibe here. I like it because it keeps things laid back. There were two very large groups of diners when we were here, so it was pretty loud in here, but most diners are noisy. I've also done take out from here and that has also gone well. There is a parking lot in back that is shared with other restaurants, so it's often full. You can also find some free street parking just a few blocks away.

Mac n' cheese was cheesy and perfectly seasoned. The banana bacon waffle was my favorite item ordered. Bananas were perfectly caramelized and the bacon was mixed into the waffle batter which made it the perfect combo of sweet and slightly savory. I would skip the s'mores matte if you like a stronger coffee taste. It tasted more like chocolate milk to me. Everyone was super friendly from the moment we walked in and food came out QUICK! Service was a 10/10. The vibe in here was bright and fun. Will definitely be coming back again.

The lady who took my order was patient and recommended the perfect drink based on what I said I liked and her asking follow-up questions, which honestly is huge because that shows their commitment to ensuring their customers are happy with what they order. I decided on their seasonal drink, Jasmine Yuzu matcha. Oooh-Mmm-Geee, this has got to be one of my top favorite matcha drinks. I was able to taste the umami of all the ingredients in this holy grail. From the Jasmine tea syrup, matcha, and Yuzu citrus cream. It was such a symphony of flavors bursting in my mouth. This is definitely the perfect summer matcha drink.10/5. The ambience is pretty mellow and the interior is small, but it had a great amount of personality with their art and different displays. There are a few spots for 6-10 people or so to sit or stand around in the seating areas and spaces available inside.I had a positive experience and my drink was AMAZING. I'll definitely have to stop by soon and if you have yet to stop by, I highly recommend you do.
