We always come to Sam's Club for our car needs because the deals and service are hard to beat. Just a heads-up for others: you do need to purchase your tires directly from Sam's Club to qualify for their specific service deals. We took a "two birds with one stone" approach and finished all our grocery shopping while the car was being serviced. To top it off, we hit the food court afterward--a whole pizza and a yogurt for under $5! You really can't beat that value. I took my Mom to the hearing department at Sam's and ordered hearing aids on 7/8. The hearing aids were supposed to arrive the end of July. No hearing aids as on 8/11 the hearing tech will not provide an update. I paid for the hearing aids up front ($1,695). The company that manages the hearing department is NationsBenefits hearing and I cannot find a customer service number to call. I am fuming! read more

Stopped in the Optical Center in Lewisville to get some pricing. Their customer service is excellent. Andrea and Vickie went above and beyond to help us out and were always waiting and ready for the next customer to stop by. The staff at Sam's are really nice but the supervisors have no people skills whatsoever. I have noticed on several visits that few of the supervisors just standing around and joking with each other. It appears this Sam's store has a huge turnover of staff which is sad because this is probably a reflection of poor management. We have been shopping with this Sam's store for years and it can be disappointing when an item has been discontinued and management has no clue why the item will not be reordered. I hope that corporate office will look into all departments and find out what the issue is. This store use to be a good store but it has gone down hill over the past couple years. We have been members forever. 20 years plus. Ozarka water- 5 stars but price has been creeping up recently 5 stars-Fun frozen apps for parties 4 stars- cleanliness and modern feel (Irving location is very advanced) 5- location proximity to flower mound where we live 5- value ( some items are same as on sale in other stores) 5- we get our membership fees back yearly 3X or more n savings/ year 5- rotisserie chicken is juicier and better flavor than Costco Hot dog value w drink is still great price but not as good as Costco Pizza slice price is still good but not as tasty as Costco We like to browse seasonal items and love the choice and value overall. This location is more convenient than the Denton location. The Scan & Go app is so convenient and easy to use. The biggest downfall of this location is the staff, managers and team members. The managers are extremely rude. I'm a plus member and I came in thinking that early hours applied every day, but they don't on Sundays. I should have checked, but didn't. A manager and a team member were outside talking about tasks and I walked to the door. The manager looked at me went inside, turned around, and closed the door. I was standing right in front of him and nothing. The team member walked past me and I asked if plus members were able to get in today. And nothing. This is just one instance. In person or on the phone, I've just had nothing but rudeness. The only staff I haven't had any issues with are the guys in the tire department. They are friendly and extremely helpful. read more

Only have a membership because its a gift from the In-Laws. really cant see how anyone sees the overall benefit of paying a membership when the prices inside arent sale prices. you get bulk stuff...ok but at regular retail price + club membership fee..huh? When items DO go on sale its shipped next door to Walmart...soooo why the membership? whew ok moving on. Everytime i go in its clean, organized and i even see the meat section guys cleaning out ovens and grills frequently. Customer Service can do almost nothing to help you with account/card issues even though it says to visit customer service with those issues. Customer's have to continually bring in their own carts from the parking lot. Sam's employees stand around and watch as the customers do their job for them. Lazy employees and poor management for allowing this behavior. If people don't won't to work on the clock then let them go. All they do is give you a bad reputation. read more

Due to location, we have not been to a Sam's club in a few years. We moved, and this location is now closer than Costco, so we decided to join and check i out. WOW! Huge mistake. From the time we drove into the parking lot, we realized it was a mistake. Even the parking lot was scummy looking. We went in the store and it just looked and felt dirty. We did our shopping, spent close to $300, but will not return. We have been told that the Southlake store is very nice, but it is a bit far for us--so we will return to Costco. read more

I love that Sam's is so close to home. I also love that I can come in, shop, and check-out without ever having to talk to anyone. I love my anti-social Saturdays. They have everything I need in bulk from flour to pet food to shampoo. The prices are extremely reasonable. I know I don't need five pounds of flour, but if it costs me about the same as the small bag in the store, why not? Be careful, this store is dangerous for your wallet. While shopping at Sam's today, we decided to to have a quick lunch. Ordered our food and proceeded to the drink station. My husband wanted Raspberry tea, which of course once again, was out. I wanted Pepsi. There are 3 soda machines, all with Pepsi in them. ALL 3 OF THE PEPSI WERE OUT!!! Typically, when we go, at least one is working...not the case today. I ask an associate if someone can fix at least one.of them. He goes back to the soda closet and fiddles with the bag in a box. Comes back out to check and still nothing. He goes back in and does the same thing, again to no avail. He doesn't say anything to me, just walks back behind the counter, changes his gloves, and proceeds to another task. I walk back up to the counter and and ask another associate if someone is going to fix the Pepsi machine. She proceeds to tell me that they ran out of Pepsi yesterday. I asked the girl if they had Pepsi in a bottle and a tall girl responded , with an attitude, we do out there. I said if you don't have Pepsi in your fountain, can you not offer your customers a bottle. She said, again with an attitude, you can go get one. I'm not sure what has happened to customer service, but in this instance, it was extremely lacking. You can do better!!! read more

Don't bother doing an online order here. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. They told me I had to come in to *check-in*. I am not sure what the purpose is of an online order if I wanted to go in, I would have just gone in and not done the online order. It would have been different if I didn't have children with me, but that wasn't the case. Sam's in Denton let's you check in from your phone and they bring it to your car. read more

From my house there are several Sam's Club locations for my family & I to choose from. Our favorite location in Grapevine is temporarily closed due to ongoing repairs after the recent tornado. Our next favorite in the one in N. Irving, but we decided today to go to our 3rd favorite in Lewisville. I say it's our 3rd favorite because it just doesn't seem to be as clean as the other Sam's Clubs, but that's not why I've written this review. I've written this review because I was very disturbed by the way two of the employees who were bring in shopping carts this morning spoke down to an elderly customer. Poor dude was simply trying to inform them that one of the carts he had just grabbed had something nasty & sticky on the handle. One employee shrugged his shoulders & the other told them poor guy they didn't have the time to deal with his problem, just get another cart & get going because they're too busy working & he ws in their way. So I give this place 4 star based off the staff, location and food court because thats only experience I have there. Sam's club is a place that is used for buyers to get bargains off of bulk items and they get these bargains through having a membership. I don't have a membership so the only thing I can do here is go to the cafe...and that all I do. The cafe is a great value. Big ole pretzels for a dollar and big slices for two. The pizza is great and you can get a large pizza for only 8 bucks. However when you get a slice it taste better than when you order the whole pizza?!? Its weird. This is a great place to go if you are looking for bulk cheap prices. From house hold essentials to food, this place is great to go. I go sometimes just to sample the food and plan out some new things to buy for the fridge. Their hot dogs are amazing also and have a great combo deal with a drink for only $1.50! Great meal deal for a quick lunch. I used to have employees leave and go here for their lunch break. I'm definitely a fan of Sam's Club and recommend it over Costco due to a wider variety of things to choose from. read more

As a cash-paying customer, I was expected to pay LITERALLY 5X the current pricing elsewhere for my ongoing (cheap for decades!) maintenance med, with no other comment than "we don't take GoodRx". The business account discount is next to worthless (we paid 40% above GoodRx $ yest for his new BP med). I am ^$@(*)@!!! WalMart NEXTDOOR has better pricing and accepts discounts, and not Sam's. I just got a pretzel from here it was perfect!!!!! I have been searching for a pretzel perfectly covered in salt and butter that is not dry on the inside but buttery with a crisp outer layer and today i found it!! this pretzel took away all bad vibes and left me feeling warm and loved on the inside the person who made my pretzel washed her hands for more than a minute and took so many sanitary procedures that made my pretzel so much better!!!! read more

This is for the lunch/deli area. This Sam's lunch area is pretty good. The service was promt. The pizza was hot and they had several selections available even though I was there outside the lunch hour. They had a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza which I have never seen at the Denton Sam's. Hot dog was great too. They had sour kraut on the condiment bar but no onions. This is still an improvement over the Denton Sam's. Yup really can't beat a huge slice of good pizza, a big hot dog, and fountain soda for less than $4. My only gripe is that they slice the pizza orders into two smaller slices instead of one larger slice. I prefer a large single slice so I can fold it. read more

Worst Sam's!!!! Worst customer service and the managers have no experience in customer service. The bakery side has this one woman who was super RUDE and has no clue how to help people. When I requested to speak with her supervisor she was just as clueless. I know that this part of lewisville is not so great, but that does not make it okay to treat MEMBERS who pay to be apart of this club! Nothing really special about it. It looks and feels just like your any other Sams Club/Costco. Although I should say this one seem a little smaller than most Sam's club I've been to. I don't come here a lot since I don't need to buy stuff in bulks. I only come here when it's time to refill my toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry stuff and water bottle. This is one of the best Sam's Clubs in the DFW area. The store is always clean and well stocked. This location does sell beer and wine.

Excellent employees who bend over backwards to assist you. Great optical department also with a wonderful staff who understand their products. But this is where it goes bad, you will get electrocuted in this store. Everything you touch will give you an electrical charge that will make you jump back. If you have a pacemaker it could kill you. This is one of the purest Signs of American Greed. Avoid this store like the plague for your own safety! read more
