I went to the pharmacy directly from the urgent care so obviously I wasn't feeling my best and needed my two meds. I was greeted and told one of my meds were ready and the other one would need about 5 more minutes. No problem of course I'll wait. So I waited a few minutes nothing major. So they say my last name incorrect once the medicine was done, I corrected the tech who was being trained (you can clearly tell) , I corrected him 3 times and he still said it wrong. Okay at this point just please give me my stuff so I can leave. He gives me my two medications or so I thought. Keep in mind I'm sick, right from urgent care. When you are sick you expect a pharmacy to be on their p's and q's. So silly me right didn't look to make sure both of my medications were in the bag, because remember they told me to sit because one was done and the other would be done in a few minutes. So I go home and he only gave me one. HOW? How did he only give me one, IF they had me wait for a second one. And even if he was new, I know the system told him 2 was ready and he still only gave me one. I call the Pharmacy and explain what happened. They don't even apologize, or take accountability they state he's learning. Well maybe he shouldn't be alone YET, if he simply can't handle meds. This is a pharmacy- you shouldn't make those kinds of mistakes, or your trainer should be with you if something that simple is hard for you to do. Especially to people who are sick and not in their right mind. That's just my take, I expect more from a pharmacy. I was then told they close in a few minutes for lunch. Still no apology. She said you can have door dash come and get it or you can have it mailed and you'll get it in a few days. I wish I would've got her name because she was so arrogant. I don't recommend at all.

Well, the two workers inside I believe their names were Roberto and Ariana (excuse me if this one is incorrect my bf was in the hospital all day so her name is murky) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out getting me situated. They were about to reach out to my bf so I could get my id and helped to get my cars loaded so I could pay my bill and get to the hospital for my bf. These two were AMAZING!!! There simply weren't enough cashiers or employees on the floor to help people find what they needed, which only added to the frustration. The store itself was messy and disorganized, making it difficult to shop. If this hadn't been a necessary stop, I would have walked right back out. In fact, after this visit, we never returned during the rest of our stay in Orlando. Instead, we chose to shop at Publix, where the experience was far more pleasant. I know Publix is more expensive but I'd rather spend a little more and not fear for my life! I understand stores can get busy, especially around holidays, but this location felt completely overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it based on my experience.

The parking lot is always crowded, the store is completely overrun with vacationers stocking up on... stuff, and the place is basically a commerce disaster zone. I went in for a couple of simple food items. What I found was half-empty food shelves, as if it were hurricane season and a storm was approaching, except everyone had decided to forego the usual necessities that inexperienced storm preppers stock up on (why would you buy four gallons of milk when your power is going to go out?) and instead grabbed every single box of pretzels the store had in stock. The store seems to have severe troubles keeping shelves stocked... whether that means they do not have a night crew performing stocking duties or they simply cannot keep up, I don't know. What I do know is that from now on, when I am visiting this area, I am going to plan ahead and do my shopping somewhere else.
