I wanted to try it as a Fountain Drink so, headed to Happy Hour at Sonic but, they didn't understand what I wanted and after speaking w the Manager. She said, there was not a button she could use to ring it up and would have to charge me for two different drinks! I gave her a suggestion on how to ring it up but, she said, it wouldn't work. So, I took my business to QT and made my own drink. That's how, I do it! Because, I'ma Elite All Star. Lol.. I'm so glad I did. QT offers sweet, sweet tea and adding the Sprite made is taste sweet and refreshing. It was like a sweet Fresca. Perfect for the summer heat. Tanesha helped me check out with a smile. She was also wearing a cute QT T- shirt! Say that five times. Lol. When I was leaving, I told her bye, see you next time and she enthusiasticaly said it back. I stopped here to add $15 of gas to a loaner truck I was driving while my car was in the shop. I…read moretried to release the pump at $15 and it wouldn't release. I had to run in the store to tell the cashier. She told the manager Moe and he stopped the pump from the inside and had to come outside to fix the pump because although he was able to override the pump, the handle was still stuck! By this time $50 of gas had been pumped into the truck. I asked to refund me the difference as this was a loaner truck that I would be turning in later that day. He arrogantly refused. I told him it wouldn't have been a big deal if I was going to be able to use the gas but I won't. He didn't apologize for the malfunction or attempt to make right of this wrong. I understand things happen and I'm very understanding but he was so rude and didn't care to fix the situation. He also refused to provide me with upper management or Shell's contact information. He told me to google Shell's phone number and tell them. Horrible customer service. Do not spend money here.

They have specials advertised on their kiosk. Swipe right to view. I ordered a personal pizza with a coke for $4.99! I thought, that was a really good deal! If you have not used the kiosk its really neat. You choose what you want, choose the quanity and you are given a receipt to pay at the register. Then you go back to the kitchen to pick it up. I wish it was a one stop deal but, its not. The QT kitchen has a variety of menu items for good prices! Small vanilla cone $49 cents, small strawberry shake w free toppings like, whipped cream and a cherry for only $99 cents. It's more like a mini but, its super good and super sweet. You will crave later. They also have an XL pizza for $9.99. Their specials will be advertised in the kitchen on the menu and on the kiosk. The store is really clean and has a variety of choices. Lines are long but, they move quickly. The employees multitask. As soon as they check out one person they use another register to check out the next person to keep the line moving.
