We got an extra side of the dill pickle ranch for dipping but almost unnecessary because the pizza itself had a generous amount of it as the base. Overall, I was very satisfied I wasn't sure what to expect because it could be a hit or miss but they 100% hit the mark on this one!

This morning I got an egg, ham and cheese sandwich. I asked for salt because usually needs it. Ended up not only too salty but also the sandwich just tasted strange and not in a good way. The car was off and the dogs were panting heavily. I went into the store to see if they could make an announcement telling the owner of the vehicle to go to her car before I called 911. They refused and said, THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!! In this state it's against the LAW to leave pets in a hot car! So, they care about shoplifters because it affects their bottom line, but couldn't care less if animal abuse is happening on their property!!! I'm so disgusted with the managers of this location. While in Florida I do not shop at any other grocery markets. Just before the hurricane I purchased 6 individual packages of ground beef, 3 went into the freezer and 3 in fridge. The date to use by was 8/31. I went to the fridge pulled the meat to cook and all 3 pkges were already spoiled and starting to stink. That was barely 3 days in the fridge. Over the last year I have had many pkges of hamburger and beef roast go bad. Along with pork loins and pork chops. The employees at Publix's are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I'm not happy about having to go every day to get meat because it goes bad so quickly. I'm almost 70, I have a difficult time walking and I do not feel like going out every day. I do look at the 'sell by' dates. So this week $30 of what should have been good hamberger,thrown out.

This was my second visit, hoping things would be better, but unfortunately they weren't. When I went in today, many of the coolers looked almost empty, and it was difficult to find the items I was looking for. The store didn't appear to be well stocked, which made for a frustrating shopping experience. I used to enjoy shopping here, but between the poor customer service, the attitude, and the lack of items, I don't plan on returning. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make some much needed improvements.
