I'm a big fan of the remodels that RaceTrac has been doing to all of there stores around the region. I usually stop by early in the morning at them for coffee or in the afternoon for a hotdog for lunch. Also they usually have the cheaper gas in the neighborhood which they are located. Anyway I was on my way out of town this past weekend and stopped by this Sugar Hill RaceTrac store for some coffee to fuel my trip home. When I walked in I was looking for the pre-brewed coffee barrels which usually stock some mighty fine coffee. Then I noticed they didn't have those, but some machines that give you the freshest coffee possible; fresher than most of the expensive coffee shops. You walk up and select the coffee you want, size, and the machine grinds the beans, brews the coffee, and serves up your "Crazy Good Coffee". And believe me, it really is crazy good! read more

First: I can't believe I'm reviewing a gas station. But here we are. This is everything a modern gas station should be: clean inside and out, plenty of covered pumps full of reasonably priced gas, friendly customer service inside, and plenty of food & drink choices inside. Location: Conveniently located on the corner of Nelson Brogdon Blvd and Peachtree Industrial (and VERY convenient when headed east on Nelson Brogdon). There are entrances from the road on the north & south sides of the facility. Prices: To my eye, prices at most RaceTracs are always competitive and this gas station is no different. Selection & Service: This places shines with the sheer volume of gas pumps they have, the astonishing food selection they have inside, and if you have to go inside -- the staff is always friendly. Summary: A solid gas station, frequented by commuters on a daily basis. Always busy, but rarely has a line. read more

This place is a health Hazzard. After being grossed out by the drooling dispensers that caused a mess of bubbling bacteria soaking directly below them..I cautiously filled my yogurt container 1/3 of the way & put my favorite treat on top of it. Then I pulled the next lever & it shot what looked like diarrhea all over it. Happened twice in a row. Filth is everywhere. No one cares. They say they're understaffed. But, you should stop everything to clean your food dispensers. The staff acts like it could care less. This place was great once. It sucks now. Really sucks. read more

The yogurt bar is disgusting. Not only is it overpriced but the staff doesn't maintain the toppings. Only two of the yogurt machines were working (vanilla and "sugar cookie"). No indicators that the other machines were out of order. The place is just generally poorly maintained. Sad because it could be so much better. read more

I used to like this store for its convenience and what you could buy there. However, I recently bought gas there then went towards the store to buy some water. Looking through the windows I could see that the place was very crowded and that neither staff nor customers were wearing face masks. I counted about 18 customers inside the building, all grouped around each other, no one was practicing social distancing and the staff was making no effort to control the environment to keep it safe. This is opposed to other stores in the Buford/Sugar Hill area I've been going to wear efforts are being made to safeguard employees and customers. DONT GO TO THIS STORE! read more
