Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous experience at this Kroger. I purchased Kroger Private Selection Shaved Parmesan Cheese from this store and later discovered it was nearly two months expired and visibly covered in mold. The cheese had already been eaten, and multiple family members became sick and required medical attention. Kroger's claims department confirmed the product was expired and confirmed it was a Kroger Co. brand, but then tried to avoid responsibility by blaming "other ingredients" in the meal -- even though one of the children who became sick did not eat the meal at all. She only ate the plain cheese from her own plate. Only after acknowledging the expired product did they offer me nothing more than a "customer service gesture," which is extremely insulting considering this was a food safety violation that put children in the hospital. This isn't just poor customer service -- it's illegal. Georgia law prohibits selling refrigerated products past the expiration date (Ga. Rule 40-7-1-.13). The Georgia Department of Agriculture investigated the store and confirmed the expired cheese was being sold and ordered it to be removed and destroyed. That means this wasn't a mistake -- it was actually on the shelf where any family could have purchased it. This is a serious public health concern, and families deserve better than expired, contaminated food and corporate excuses. read more

The LITTLE CLINIC (walk in medical clinic inside the Kroger PIB store). So convenient and readily available without an appointment. They'll give you your prescription and you can just walk over to the in-store pharmacy. So easy. So handy. Great for working parents. They'll also do sports /school forms. Great store. Has everything I need. They even have a LITTLE CLINIC which is a walk in clinic for when the kids get sick after Dr hours or on the weekend. If you can't get a drs appointment right away go here. They'll see you almost immediately. Hardly ever a wait. They are so good and the PA & receptionist are so friendly. They really listen to your concerns. They do almost everything short of real emergency ER type of stuff. Room is clean cozy. PA is patient and knowledgeable. I stopped by this Kroger Fuel Center at the North Suwanee Kroger to fill up on my way to nearby Bear's Best Atlanta. I thought this Kroger Fuel Center was fine. The property was clean and the pumps were in good condition. In general, I find Kroger Fuel Centers to have reasonable gas prices after Kroger Plus Card discount. Like other Kroger Fuel Centers, I wasn't able to scan my Kroger Plus Card barcode on my phone at the pump. Instead, I entered my Alternate ID number using the keypad at the pump. You can view your Kroger Fuel Points balance using the Kroger app. You earn 1 fuel point for every $1 you spend at Kroger. You can then save $0.10 per gallon for every 100 fuel points you redeem. I redeem Kroger Fuel Points once in a blue moon since I prefer to and primarily fill up at Costco, QuikTrip, and RaceTrac stations in metro Atlanta. Kroger Fuel Points are a nice, free benefit, though. This Kroger Fuel Center has 10 pumps, each with three grades of unleaded fuel. No diesel, I don't think. Like other Kroger Fuel Centers, every pump here has the Additech Fuel System Cleaner add-on which "increases your gas mileage" and "blends as you pump." I've never used it before and I'm sure only a tiny fraction of Kroger Fuel customers have. In 2019, someone sued Additech, alleging "Additech made false and misleading representations about the efficacy of its fuel additives." The case was dismissed: https://www.additech.com/news/tag/Lawsuit. Unlike a traditional gas station, Kroger Fuel Centers (this one included) do not have full-fledged convenience stores on-site. Instead, they have smaller stores/stands that sell things like snacks, drinks, ice, basic auto supplies, cigarettes, and lottery tickets. This Kroger Fuel Center also has an air pump/compressor so you can inflate your tires. Unlike QT, I think you have to pay to use it. Nivian the store manager was very uncooperative today when I came to him with a problem. The store sales ad lists tilapia on sale (BOGO) but this store doesn't sell the size they are advertising. I waited 15 minutes for him to come talk to me and he wouldn't supplement another product for the sale item. I guess the customers are shit out of luck when it comes to this sale. Ok I will start off by saying this is my 2nd least favorite Kroger behind the Kroger off of Howell Mill in Atlanta. This Kroger is just old and outdated and in major need of remodeling. The parking lot is small but parking usually isn't an issue. The layout of the entire store is quirky. There are 2 doors (entrance and exit) but there is also a faux door to the far left of a the building that looks like an entrance but is not. Maybe I'm just used to my Kroger but the produce section here is really small and product placement throughout the store is really hard to follow. This location did have the beer that the Sugarloaf location did not have so I give it a 1 star bump. Also there's a Starbucks and Kroger fuel center on site so get your caffeine, gas, groceries all in 1 trip. That's a win to me. read more

The cheapest Kroger's gas station in the area. Unfortunately, if you have an app with your card number on it, it will not read and it will not work. The staff stated that you need to have the physical card in order to get the supermarket store's discount. Other than that, they are located in a great area, that is very convenient to get to. read more

Staff is extremely nice, especially if you're a regular. Their prices are better than Publix And their checkout lines are never extremely long. I come here weekly and really save money buy loading the digital coupons from their website onto my Kroger plus card. Also love the fuel discounts as well! read more

So picture this....its midnight and my daughter wakes up coughing like she's going to lose a lung. I go into her room and she's burning with fever and wheezing, in addition to the coughing. I gave her some Motrin and Mucinex but after an hour or so she's still struggling to breathe so I decide to take her down to the ER at Emory Johns Creek for a breathing treatment and maybe an antibiotic shot. After 2 hours in the ER and being diagnosed with Bronchitis the ER sends us on our way with prescriptions for cough meds and a Z-pack, refusing to actually give her any meds there. Its almost 3am so I'm slightly panicked at the thought of her not having any meds all night. I discovered that the Kroger about 20 minutes from us was open all night so off we went. I dropped off her RXs at the pharmacy and just kind of wandered the store getting gatorade, etc while waiting for her RX to be filled. I only saw one employee in the whole store but he was the nicest guy. He cut up and was just so nice to me and my daughter, even helping us save some money by telling us about bigger bottles of gatorade that were even cold already. Great store! The hot bar at lunch is great. BBQ, baked or fried chicken and lots of yummy sides to go with it. For $6.99 you can't beat a hot lunch. Make sure to go around 11:15 they will just be putting it out. Staff are helpful, store is clean. read more

I have to admit I'm a Publix fan, but I will on occasion come to Kroger. For one, they always seem to carry the holiday version of Reese's peanut butter cups ie. The trees, pumpkins, hearts, eggs, etc. Another thing I have to say that I like about kroger is they have a really great selection of wines and the sales on their wines are really good. Four instance I bought the same bottle of wine at Publix for $10 more then at Kroger because they were running a sale. The store itself seems a little more chaotic to me, but maybe that's because I don't frequent it as often and know where things are. I will have to say they offer items at great prices when they are on sale so if you have the time, it's best to check both places. Also if you frequent the store often you can collect Kroger fuel points for every dollar. Once you have spent $100, you can get $.10 off on gas at their fuel centers. While it's still not my go to grocery store, I will come here from time to time because of their great sales and their wines, and let's not forget the Reeses holiday chocolates. read more

LAST CHANCE! This location is perfect if you are headed to Buford or Flowery Branch and is the last place to stop for gas and snacks prior to getting to Buford Highway. I always get my gas and snacks prior to heading to the more congested areas for the sake of convenience. This store sits away from the road and can be easily missed if you are not careful. It sides on the east side of Peachtree Industrial Road. I love that it is never too busy, the staff are warm and friendly and the store is always clean and organized. I enjoy stopping her to fill up prior to heading out on my journey because it is easy in and easy out. The gas pumps are fast and the station is never busy so there is usually no waiting to fill up. Also, If you need to get water or ice, you can actually so so without entering the store. Best of all, this station has some of the lowest prices for gas and that is always a good thing! read more

This store lacks customer service. They seem to hire but not train the people. Pharmacy gave us the wrong medicine and did not want to refund us the money for the wrong medicine. Three times in a month, the baggers kept bags behind the cashier counter and did not put them in the cart. It feels like they keep what they like and leave it up to find out that you paid and did not receive the items. After talking to the pharmacist and assistant store manager, they made it clear that they rather keep the $15 we paid for the wrong medicine that keeping us shopping their in the future. So we moved to another pharmacy and grocery store. They do not seem to care about the people in the community. Sad. read more
