No pressure or up sale tactics. Just thought since it was called Take 5, I'd be in and out pretty quick. Took almost an hour and a half and I was not prepared for that kind of wait (mind you it was just an oil change and an oil filter...nothing else). Usually it's a 30-35 minute deal any where else. Visited on a Monday at 11:30am and pulled right into an open bay.
