I explained I was on an expense account and was told again that they didn't have to provide a receipt, I could take a picture of the pump and the gentleman told me there's the door. I explained that the screens were so bad it wouldn't provide a good picture (and it doesn't prove I made a purchase) and he became very agitated and pointed and said once again there's the door. I chose the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions because flu and covid are rampant in our area and I wanted to avoid un-necessary contact. However the speaker at the drive-thru is unintelligible, making it difficult (if not impossible) to conduct an intelligent conversation. The employee at the drive-thru could not hear me, and I could not understand her. Because of this, the medications were delivered incorrectly and one was omitted entirely. I was forced to enter the store and disrupt the flow of the employees work just to resolve the problem. Discussions with employees revealed that this audio system is a continuing problem. Get it fixed!!

I just paid.HALF of what I was paying at Walgreens and it will be delivered to my home in two days!!! Walgreens is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. At least the ones in my hometown. it took me two weeks to get a prescription that I delivered to them 10 days before I needed it refilled. I had to go to my doctors office twice. They had to send it electronically twice and that was after I hand delivered a written prescription to them. I will now be paying 50% less no hassle no waiting in line for 30 minutes with only one car in front of you. Goodbye Walgreens forever.

This is the second time in a week I have waited a long time in the drive through while the pharmacy…read morewas processing someone's else's prescription. The drive through should be for pick up only!!! Period! Gas is too expensive to sit there three deep while someone is waiting on their prescription to be filled. There is no excuse for this! When my doctor calls in a prescription it takes well over an hour to get it processed and now I have to wait in line behind someone who just hands you theirs at the drive through? As soon as we get a pharmacy on HWY 33... I'm THROUGH with you!
