All the apartments I've seen have beautiful crown and base moldings, high ceilings, wood floors, gas stoves and many unique architectural touches. We have lived at our townhouse for 2 years now and still have not had the metal construction spikes from our garage removed, despite our 2 requests. The owner of the property loves us as we have only added value to the property and always pay on time (he also said that we attract other nice families).
