As long as you pay your rent on time and maintain their properties, MODA won't even reach out to you. I really appreciate it. The price for rent is very reasonable. The homes are also pretty energy efficient: my expenses have dropped tremendously since I've moved into my current residence. All of the staff I have met have been awesome. Super personable and friendly. The lady in the office especially is always very nice to me.
