The next morning we came down and talked to Cody about our disappointments, he listened patiently and then searched for possible solutions, we got lucky that Philp canceled a reservation at their nearby Cabin, so Cody transferred us to this beautiful Cabin in the woods which was more than we could ever have wanted to have a magical and peaceful Valentine's Weekend. We also ordered the Valentine's Dinner from the restaurant "Waterfall Grille" and it was personally delivered by Cody, the food was excellent. I have to confess that after the initial displeasure I saw no possibility for me to give 5 stars to this place, but Cody went above and beyond to make this a complete turn around and we finished our trip to North Georgia on a very happy note...
