Upon arrival I saw that the reality was different from what I was expecting, since it was already late and we were tired I didn't say anything to the lady that checked us in. The next morning we came down and talked to Cody about our disappointments, he listened patiently and then searched for possible solutions, we got lucky that Philp canceled a reservation at their nearby Cabin, so Cody transferred us to this beautiful Cabin in the woods which was more than we could ever have wanted to have a magical and peaceful Valentine's Weekend. We also ordered the Valentine's Dinner from the restaurant "Waterfall Grille" and it was personally delivered by Cody, the food was excellent. I have to confess that after the initial displeasure I saw no possibility for me to give 5 stars to this place, but Cody went above and beyond to make this a complete turn around and we finished our trip to North Georgia on a very happy note... After departing we had "Cabin withdrawal" for the next 2 days!

The arrangement was accurate to the photos…read moreprovided online, well watered, and flowers were supported by hidden green wires to make sure it wouldn't fall throughout the arrangements life. The man that delivered the flowers was so polite and dropped them off before lunch. I ordered a rustic arrangement and the wooden box/vase had small protective feet to keep it from scratching whatever it was placed upon. The flowers are all just about to bloom which means my mom will get to enjoy the arrangement as the flowers fully blossom. Thank you, Petals!! I can't wait to order again soon.
