First of all, and what a gay, this place had a five-star review and the only reason I did not was…read morebecause I did have to pay a hefty price for my truck transmission to get fixed there. This has nothing to do with it the dealership. **** However, under all the circumstances, I had come across Allen Samuels dealership, not by coincidence, but I believe by God. I have a 2019 GMC UConn XL, and I noticed that my vehicle was accelerating, so I didn't know what was wrong with it, so I had to say extreme concern about getting the computer hooked onto it and getting a diagnostics. I have gone to two dealerships in Bryan and College Station, and they were completely booked solid. But I happened to know that there was one in Hearne in. Just as a call, I immediately took me in and told me I could get run a diagnostics to see what was going on. As soon as I got there, the young lady at the front at the service desk was terrific. She immediately took my vehicle. I waited approximately an hour before she came to me and gave me the bad news that my transmission had gone out. I have not originally bought my vehicle from that dealership. I bought it in Austin, and I wished I had bought it from them. A young lady suggested that I reach out to the dealership to see if the warranty cover was covered, and I do not. I did not get an extended warranty because I believe the truck was pre-certified. I realized that I did not have the pre-certification, and the mileage on my car could not cover the transmission warranty. So long story short, I had to pay out-of-pocket for my transmission to be replaced, and as I said, this was a good thing. After about an hour or two of me making phone calls overwhelmed with the problem I had at hand. The service lady let me know that they did have the part I needed there, and the man that did the job was just the best of the best, and I was his expertise. The technician was there to do the job. They promised me that it would be done that day and he could finish, and he could finish the job by six. And all I could do was say, OK, do it. But another hour and passed young lady asked me if I had loaner insurance, and she notified me they had just approved their dealership with two loaner cars and they had one I could use. So once again, something that My hubby and I could've stressed over Immediately gave me peace to know that I can go home without bothering anyone from their jobs. So I went straight home with the loaner vehicle, and I was told that my truck would be ready the next day and they would be working on it until it was finished. Saturday at 10 AM, they never let me know it was close to being done to head my way back. I did not get the young lady's name, but I got the gentleman who helped me on Saturday, Paul, at the service desk. I knew I dropped a lump sum of money into that service place, but I could not help but the feelings that I had of security and how well they took care of me when I needed someone to do so. Thank you for putting in the transmission for me and knowing that they had the best guy to do it, and reassuring me that I have a good warranty on that part. And for taking me at such a last minute.

A technician advisor promptly returned my call, and we scheduled an appointment for an inspection. I am pleased to report that the camper was adjusted at no additional charge, which was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I received my car back on the same day. The complimentary shuttle service they provided was also very convenient and helpful. The staff consistently displayed kindness and courtesy. They ensured I was back on the road safely and soundly. Thank you and God bless you all! Many thanks!

I have never needed a non-warranty mechanic before. They charged me to diagnose the problem and charged me $800 to repair the problem. Within 24 hours I had the same problem with my car that I had before leaving the car with them for several days. Obviously, the diagnosis was wrong and the repair unnecessary. I called them to ask what we needed to do next. They wanted to charge an additional $4000 to repair another diagnosis that may not repair my issue, Very disappointed that they didn't get the diagnosis correct and that they wouldn't work with me on crediting the unnecessary repair. Of course, I can't trust the next diagnosis.
