My car was so disgusting on the inside, other companies told me they wouldn't even try to detail it because it is Mercedes. Now, my car looks as good as new on the inside, for a great price! I met Manuel a while back and got his card. I called him after getting a new truck because I noticed after having the truck for a few weeks that I had gotten some tree sap or overspray from somewhere. Manuel and his team came to the house and spent about three hours washing, buffing, waxing and completely sealing the paint. I was impressed with the results. You would think that a new vehicles paint would be as good as it gets right?? Wrong, when they were finished the paint looked like glass. I called back in April to get my used car cleaned. I bought it from someone who didn't take good care of it. On the day they were supposed to be here, they hadn't come by lunchtime like they said they would so I had to call. I pulled the car in the driveway but when they got here, they had me pull it back under the carport. The two guys worked on the car, and I paid them cash when they were done. I asked about a receipt and they said one would be emailed to me. When I checked the car out, it was not as clean as it should have been for $250. I sent Manny an email and photos. He said he'd come out here himself and fix the work they did, which is why I'm giving them 3 stars. Some of the areas I was concerned about were still not cleaned, and they were highly visible. He offered to come clean the carpet at my house, but why would I do that if my car wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction? For $250, I expect it to be immaculate or as close to that as possible. But I told him I needed a receipt and never got it. He messaged me about 2 months later and asked if I'd received an invoice. I told him his guys were paid in cash and I needed a receipt. He said to email him what they'd done, and he'd get that receipt mailed to me. I immediately did as he asked and 6 months later, I'm still waiting. Glad everyone else had a good experience.
