We chose the 6-course tasting menu with caviar and black truffle (there is also a 9-course option), and every course felt intentional, balanced, and indulgent without being overwhelming. We also opted for the champagne pairing, which was absolutely spot-on, each pour thoughtfully selected to complement and enhance the flavors of the dish it accompanied.
The presentation was breathtaking. Each course arrived perfectly plated, with its own unique utensils, making every plate feel like a piece of artwork. You almost pause before eating because it's that beautiful.
Service was phenomenal! Polished, warm, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. With only six group seatings in the entire restaurant, the atmosphere felt exclusive, calm, and incredibly special, adding to the sense that you're part of something rare.
