With that said the customer service you get from Ron is second to none. So much so that I drive from NH (tax free) to his shop almost 4 hours away to buy bows exclusively from him and have him set it up. The care he takes in each customer and passion he has for archery shines through immediately. Whether you're a seasoned archer or in the case of my fiance he had her setup and on target in no time. I could and have literally spent all day there every time I go. Great selection of products and very competitive prices that beats out the big box outdoor stores. The owner got on the phone with me, and helped me find the right way to sell it, and maximize my sale. He flat out told me he would have to give me a really low amount, etc, you know, business talk. My point is, this guy helped me, and he didn't need too. He could have given me $100, he could have made a hell of a profit off my crossbow, and all the stuff I had to go with it. But he didn't. He was more concerned about what was best for me, and took the time out of his day to prove that. A quality a lot of business owners don't have.
