They are not the best for running shoes and I wouldn't go there for wingtips for pairing up with a suit, but if you want Brands like Vans, Polo, Roxy, Fila, Adidas, KSwiss, Clarks, Dr. Martins and more, this is your place. To me, they have a great variety to pair up shorts/jeans to give a trendy casual look. The only downside is that some of the salespeople are inexperienced and it can be can be frustrating at time having a 17 year old tell me how shoes should fit, lol. Enjoy!

I found some amazing work pumps here for a steal, some really cute dressy sandals that I get compliments on every single time I wear them and more recently some faux croc boots. All are comfy (I cannot stand uncomfortable shoes and won't buy them no matter how fashionable) and have held up beautifully. Recently I've lost a bit of weight and needed a new wardrobe. I bought many of my pieces here and I'm so happy with everything. I even got a holiday dress for my work party here. I had to order it because it never did make it to this particular location for retail sale, but the process was easy, and my sales guy Kevin assured me if it didn't fit correctly I could return it there with no problem. The sales associates here are wonderful and as far as I know this is one of the only places in the area where the dressing rooms are open. (I did see them sanitize each room as it was finished being used, too).

On Friday, October 31. 2025 at approximately 7:00pm, I went to Burlington. I found a accent rug…read morethat I thought would match my sofa and fit in my living room. So, around 7:20pm, two team members and myself remove the rug from the bin. Then the rug was brought to the cashier. The cashier at register 5 (Iyonna) reach over an scanned the rug (6x9) $99.99 and with taxes $108.99. After checking out, the loss prevention staff (black guy) help me load the rug in my truck. This evening, Saturday, November 1, 2025, when unrolled the rug to see how it would fit in my living area, I noticed the rug was much larger than I thought and realized it was an 8x10 rug, but my receipt said 6x9. So, I rolled and tapped the rug. I panicked when I thought I couldn't find the image of the rug with the bar code, I called the store to see if the loss prevention staff found it in the parking lot and turned it in, but I found it, hang up, and decided to bring the rug back. Upon arrival, I said I was here to return the rug, a different loss prevention staff, with a mefical boot on his leg, help me put the rug on top of the basket. The loss prevention staff said for me to get in line, and when it was my turn, he would bring it to the cashier. A short while later a Black staff member approaches me and says that I could not get a refund to the debit card I used on October 31,2025, to purchase the rug because my receipt said 6x9 rug, but I was returning an 8x10 rug. So. I told the Black team member about two members from Burlington and myself retrieving the rug, the rug being brought to the cashier, the cashier leaning over to scan it, and a loss prevention staff assisting me with loading the rug in my truck, but the Black team member's mind was already made up. She didn't even bother to pull me to the side and ask me why I was returning the rug. So, I asked her if surveillance can be viewed for confirmation. She said it could not be viewed and said I could call the store manager in Lafayette name KIM and wrote it on my receipt and requested I leave with the rug in case I am not allowed to return it. I was so embarrassed that I felt like a criminal. With that said, It is not what you say, it how you say it and where. I will never forget how this Black team member made me feel. I hoping that someone from the corporate office pull and view surveillance for conformation that I attempted to return the same rug I purchased the previous day.

Say you've got this fabulous outfit that needs just a little finishing touch. Let's say it's a pair of peacock blue earrings to pull it all together. Charming Charlie takes the work out of finding the perfect shade to offset your outfit. Just head to the peacock blue section. Here you'll find earrings, bracelets, necklaces, purses and scarves. And there's a section for any color you need. Lately I've been on a huge rose gold kick so I spend most of my time in this section oohing and ahhing over all the pretty things. I was in here recently looking for a pair of sunglasses and they were having a huge sale. Sixty percent off all sale prices! I was able to get not only those sunglasses, but a few pair of earrings and a very nice bracelet for a great price. Love Charming Charlie! They choose hats, hair bobbles, bracelets and more. They have an amazing selections of goods here. All cheap ,made in China, costume Jewelery, but that is the great part for kids. If it gets lost or broken it is not devastating. Everything is color coordinated as well. So if you are looking for a certain color theme you do not have to look hard at all. The girls that work here are sweet and helpful. The girl that was my cashier was a true Southern lady. She was sweet and polite and helpful. It was a lovely experience. You also get points every time you shop here,which is good for discounts and such.
