Good thrift store in the old Herberger's spot. This is a great spot to shop for women's jeans and…read moremen's clothes. I've also found good deals on holiday decor in the past. Things are fairly priced, though I've noticed some inconsistencies a few times.

Angels Attic was my favorite thrift store for many years. Reasonable prices and a wide variety of…read moreitems. It's been my favorite place to donate items to as well. After tonight, I will not be returning. I was asked to leave because my two year old was having an emotional meltdown. Only 24 months old, he was crying because I wouldn't let him play with a toy that he could break. I moved him and my other children to the back of the store to minimize disruption while the baby cried. Two year old meltdowns rarely last long, and I THOUGHT the classic toddler tantrum was a universal childhood experience. He was not causing problems; Rather, he was sitting next to the cart crying, and my preschoolers were behaving flawlessly. An employee came back and asked me to "control" my child, and accused us of "disrupting the other customers". As a mom of five, I've been shopping with children for many years and I've never been so humiliated. I've gathered a lot of compliments (at stores and also restaurants) for my well behaved kids, but I've never before been shamed and humiliated. I hope it was just a case of a "bad apple" employee and not the value system of the store's management.

I love to support local businesses whenever possible. I stopped in today for some ribbon and…read morehappened to see some vinyl on clearance. When I asked the clerk how much the unmarked rolls were she replied "I don't know" and didn't even offer to find out. I had to ask several times for someone in charge to find a price which no one seemed to know until I asked yet again and they finally called someone after complaining amongst each other. I have never been treated so poorly as a buying customer. I'm not sure what the problem is but the ladies that work there are complete bitches. You would think a dying business would get their stuff together and have good customer service. There will be no next time, I'll be glad to support hobby lobby in the future.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly! Painting, beading, knitting, model cars, scrapbooking, fabric, wood, children's craft kits oh the list goes on as far as the items they carry. They have a very wide selection of Wilton cake decorating items and random little things like .50 cent greeting cards, prank jelly bellies and miscellaneous little toys. I also know they carry a huge selection of things for graduation! I've always been able to get what I need here. Granted they are a little spendier than some place like Walmart, but their selection is much wider!
