Having order a new bracket for the Ring Doorbell because the one I had was so tight I could not get it detached from the wall when it needed to be recharged, they operate off a battery. When Johnsons put in the new bracket, he let me try it but then took it, off the wall saying something about the screws. I wasn't sure what he was. referring to and because I recently had a mini stoke wasn't up to standing there so trusting them to do what they do I didn't say too much and went back in. They had also removed the one on the front door to change it to the backdoor. I felt confident that the job was done properly. however, that wasn't the case. I checked both door bells a couple of days. later as I was getting notices that one needed the battery to be recharged and that's where the problem started. When I tried to get the doorbell away from the bracket it had been done in such away it was impossible for me to get it released after it was worked on a little more when I stepped away. They were told this was the reason a new bracket needed to be put in because the old one would not release from the wall. After I couldn't get it from the wall to recharge, I called and the lady who took the work order for that visit made an appointment for them to come out that next Tuesday and try to fix it for me. Not only did not show up for the appointment they have not answered any of my calls to ask why they had not returned. For the $200.00 it cost for the 1/2 hours' worth of work I paid without question you would think they would not have left it in such a state it made it even harder to detach then it did before the work was done. I can't recommend Johnson's Electric for this kind of effort and lack of answering the calls when they told me before leaving if I had any issues to call and they would take care of the problem but instead no respond. I have a muscle disorder similar to ALS so the strength in my hands is not normal and knowing this and being left in such a state was totally unprofessional as well as costly.

Very attentive & polite, even when they can't help. Was surprised by how quickly I was able to order an item by number, confirm...then wait to hear that it was available...And wait, I did. I guess not longer than I should expect for the (apparently) black hole that is Etown, but since it was an item I could have picked up, walk-in, at several locations in Louisville and elsewhere, I was surprised that it took about three weeks to hear that the order had been filled. There is a display room for lighting, up front - this is not a review of their residential fixtures. though - just saying there is more to this place than just the emergency lighting I needed. Staff is definitely more knowledgeable about available products than folks at big box store-style home centers (again, excluding their residential lighting fixtures in the front show room - as I've no idea what appropriate comparisons are). Anyway, I would give this place my business again; they're local and they're clearly fulfilling the small business goal of employing as many folks as they can...but be aware, orders take time and lots of folks (apparently) appear here looking for electricians, not to purchase supplies (only), and don't understand the difference.

This new company is extremely over priced! Service call $250 includes first hour of service. The second hour is $175. These prices do not include the use of any equipment. So to snake a drain between a washer machine and the A/C unit which is the same room with a drain cost $575. I HIGHLY recommend looking else where. I deal with many plumbing companies having multiple properties and this is the worst I have ever experienced! It's my fault for not realizing I was not dealing with Meyer Plumbing who was a very honest and reliable company. I can not say the same about Tom Sondergeld Plumbing. Yes you are correct I was quoted the price of $250 for the service call which includes first hour. I was NEVER quoted there would be an equipment fee which was $150. I have never used a plumber where the equipment to snake out a drain was an additional charge. Your Service Tech did come the same day but that was not my asking. Apparently you had openings. Checking around town the average cost is $102.61 - $125.63 per hour for drainage stop ups. Your cost of $287.50 per hour may be average to you but seems extremely high to me.

Let's just start this with I just got billed over $1000 to clear a drain!!!! Yes you read that…read moreright and that's after the "took care of the bill." Keep in mind this is a residential drain and they didn't need to dig or cut into anything. This is absurd but it gets worse, the drain they were supposed to clear, leads to my dishwasher and they seen it needed a new hose SO I HAD THEM REPLACE IT. Now it can't/won't drain and will only throws an error code. Taking it further they just blame the appliance, take no responsibility, and then try and convince you that they are an amazing company and did an awesome job. THEY EVEN PUT ON MY RECIEPT "EVERYTHING WORKING AS IT SHOULD"........ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
