Based on these yelp reviews I would not have called them but I was referred by a friend last year and Im happy I found them because they are way cheaper than other companies. I guess people arent as likely to leave good reviews as they are bad ones. I understand they are a smaller company so hashing out some business things may have taken them some time.

We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water.
