At exactly 9:10 AM Uber notified me "sorry but your ride has been cancelled"! Uber offered a reschedule for about 20 minutes later so I booked it. They immediately charged my credit card. Then they cancelled that ride also leaving me stranded. I contacted Uber support for ride credits or some sort of compensation. They refused. They had actually charged my credit card four times! Twice for each ride that they cancelled. My money was refunded in a few days but they refused to compensate me for what they did. Obviously Uber cannot be trusted in my area of Arkansas for a ride. They are unprofessional and would not recommend. The owner and driver both wouldn't answer their phones. Stay away from this limo service, it's bad news.
