They continued to charge thousands of dollars to my credit card when a simple phone call to the insurance company would have resolved the issue and covered the cost. Every other treatment provider I worked with was able to set up direct billing without any problem -- except these unprofessional people. The manager, who showed zero leadership or problem-solving skills, simply blamed me instead of taking responsibility. I asked at every single appointment and was assured each time that the billing was being handled correctly. It was not. Be careful dealing with this business

I immediately left to assist him and informed the clinic on the phone. They still charged me a "no show" fee. When I called to discuss it, the receptionist told me I should have come inside the clinic first to inform them in person before attending to my injured child, and said to "remember this in the future." That response was shocking and completely lacking empathy. I cancelled all future appointments -- a clinic that cannot understand real emergencies and family priorities is not a place I want to seek care.

Prebook appointments weeks or months in advance if you want a specific RMT. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. There are often last minute cancellations so you can always get on the cancellation list to book an appointment.
