I never received my title and when I called to follow up I was told I would be sent a check to go to the DMV to get a replacement. Exactly what I want to do, visit the DMV. While inconvenient and concerned my title was lost somewhere with potential risk associated I was willing to look past it. I never received a check. I called again and was told we will send another check. I don't want a check I want my title! Due to COVID and losing a majority of my income I am unfortunately going to need to sell my vehicle to pay bills. I had a full cash offer for my vehicle and the sale has fallen through because I do not have my title. The DMV is closed and will remain closed for the foreseeable future. She told me not to worry she gave me a copy. I was very pleased overall it was quick and easy . up until the end when the deed was done and my loan was paid off. Now that I'm attempting to get rid of the car they tell me that they never copied my reg as they don't need it. And that they had no copy of my title. I personally will NEVER use them again. As it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. However if you consider them as things happen in life. I'd STRONGLY recommend you copy ALL documents yourself and keep them with you. As you may be left with nothing. Very unfortunate. I do not wish to talk to customer service. I'm putting my experience out there for what it is. Take it for what it's worth.
