We had an electrical emergency the Friday before Memorial Day at 4:00 PM in Sea Isle. We called two companies that said they could not help. We then reached Quality Electric and Brian was a great help listening to our problems and instructing us on what to do. Brian left from the Woodbine office and Dylan who was in Wildwood departed for our home in Sea Isle. Given the excessive holiday traffic, whomever arrived in Sea Isle first would continue on to our house to fix the electrical problems. We have a Generac generator, and several post light fixtures to light our pathways in our yard. Well, the generator needed yearly servicing and one of the post lights wouldn't work (of course, the closest to the house). Since lately it seems to be so hard to find good service people, we had an electrical contractor friend (who doesn't do generators) recommend QES. Great recommendation, great guys, great job! Jon and Dave introduced themselves and got right to work. They even wiped their feet when they came inside; cleaned, and raked the leaves around the generator! Reached out to Quality Electric Service to come in and complete my Home Theater system which previously had in wall speakers. I needed to purchase a receiver, sub and center speaker. Brian came in to provide a quote and what I appreciated most, was he only tried to get me what I needed. He did not try to sell me on something that wasn't necessary for the space or our way of entertaining. I appreciated Brian's attention to detail, as the center speaker had to be placed in a small space and he made it work. I can go on and on regarding this attribute but long story short, I appreciated the customer service from beginning to end. In completing the electrical work for our kitchen renovation, Quality Electric experienced several unanticipated obstacles in obtaining permits and as a result of delays caused by other contractors. Quality Electric (Jon Hart) did all the electrical work on my new construction home, and have returned several times for follow-up work needs. Jon was out today to install a new receptacle in my crawl space: tough work given it is only 40 inches high, but never a complaint. He also fixed something another electrician had done incorrectly (during an unrelated job involving my sump pump when an outlet needed to be changed out) They are prompt, always clean up anything that needs to be done, and proactively make sure everything is working properly (even items not on their work list that are near their work area). Contracted witht them to run cable lines through our house in Sea Isle. They can out and gave us a quote. When they arrived to do the installation they were able to find ways to lessen the amount of work and the overall cost came in much less than originally quoted. Our generator was not working properly so we called Quality Electric for repair. Our experience from the first call to make an appointment to the time the tech arrived was amazing. The phone was answered by a pleasant lady who was very helpful in scheduling a time that was convenient for all. The repair man arrived on schedule and found the reason for the problem. Apparently there were 2 sparks plugs that were not readily visible, but alas the tech found it. With threats of hurricane season approaching it is comforting to know our generator will be working for us. read more

The electricians showed up within the time range specified. They used their time efficiently to analyze whether or not an electrical switch had to be replaced. The electricians were respectful of my property and explained exactly what they were doing. I told them about certain circuits blowing fuses. The electricians advised that I might want to install dedicated circuits at specified locations. I asked for a rough estimate for this type of work. They provided me with a verbal estimate on the spot. I will definitely consider hiring them again for future jobs. read more

Quality was there for us 10-12 years ago when we had an emergency electrical problem so we went to them this year when we wanted to add a few dedicated circuits and a back porch light on our Ocean City bungalow.
