My mother can barely walk, so appointments require time requested off work for me and a series of preparations the day before and morning of to get her successfully to an appointment. When I received the voice mail at 9:30 (I get up at 9 as I work until 1am), I called back and they said "well she can't be seen today there was a mix up with the doctor's schedule". I replied "So, my mother got bumped but someone else is getting their much needed appointment today." Natalie replied "You don't need to go all 'crazy' on me." How dare she call me crazy when I was being calm and asking questions she didn't like. She also made it sound like my mother could no longer be seen today, her exact words. When the office manager called back, wouldn't you, she could still be seen. Retrain her.

The pain medication that I was taking was not enough to cover the extreme dental pain of that sort of an operation. I asked for pain medication, but was refused saying that that should be enough. It wasn't and so I seek out some. Codeine to help with the pain. The next drug screen that I took had codeine in my urine I explained the situation and they dismissed me without circumstance or pomp. Fast forward, two years my physician referred me to the pain management clinic due to my extreme pain. Since I had been dismissed in prior years, for the reason that I just outlined, they refuse to take me back. Fuck them a zero rating for lack of compassion.

When first arriving on the second floor, I was looking for a directory. Signage to find it was hard to find. It was on a TV that got lost with the information about the weather. It is on the third floor. Evey employee there seems to genuinely care and they are professional. The patient is a person, not just a co-pay. The office and therapy rooms are clean. I would recommend to a friend! I gave five stars because the employees make this place five stars.

He said she wasn't relaxed enough. And that he said he has never seen a needle bend from that procedure. Terrible manner with patients. Nothing she could control. He blamed her! He also seemed unfamiliar with her medical background. She seizes under great stress, anxiety an pain. His comments could have caused a seizure with the combination of blaming her for things and the pain of the procedure.
