When you meet with Lynda, whether it's the first time or a repeat visit, she takes an active in interest in you and will always try to understand how you feel and your general mood. She will then ask how your body feels so she can focus on those areas. In effect, she tailors each session to what you need at that point in time. The setting is very comfortable and quiet to put you in a relaxing mood. And her prices are very reasonable for the services she offers.
