A total of eight tiles were found to be displaced by their technician, Bill Sherwood. Bill inspected the roof, re-set the tile after checking the roofing felt, and left. We not only appreciate Bill inspecting the entire roof -- but for his honesty, as well. I'm not comfortable with getting up on a roof on a very hot day, and a dishonest contractor could have claimed that our roof was damaged: it wasn't, and we certainly appreciate the inspection and work being done efficiently and thoroughly. Big shout-out to the company AND Bill: Freedom Roofing & Restoration was immediately responsive; Bill showed up on time... which is more than I can say about most other contractors in Wickenburg. Estrella made it easy. The price was fair, they got us on the schedule quickly, and they showed up when they said they would. The crew kept the area clean and neat, were careful and respectful around the house, and they did excellent work. They removed and repaired the deteriorated areas of the walk deck, improved the drainage, and finished everything off with a really nice PliDek surface that looks great and should last many years.
