The customer service of the void as well as the hair cutting/wash was excellent. Shelbie was really friendly and helped guide me through the hair cutting experience as I often don't know what to ask for. Everything was very clean and organized, nothing felt rushed or overlooked and they made sure that we were comfortable and that our needs were met. I was also able to utilize their FREE childcare during the service. My daughter loved the care givers and she didn't want to leave when we were done with our service. The play area is pretty spacious and has lots of safe and fun play options available for the children. They offer facials, tanning, lash and eyebrow services, waxing, manicures and pedicures, and other esthetic treatments. There are five pedicure chairs available and several nail chairs available as well, which is perfect for a girls day out! (Especially when they have childcare right there at the salon.)
